Payment Options

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can order online through this site or call us toll free at 1-800-955-4633. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (PST). We also accept mail orders, use the address on the side. If mailing, please include the exact item you want and be sure to include all shipping, item and payment information for the order to be processed. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks.

Sales Tax

CA residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on all orders. No sales tax is charged for residents of other states/regions.

Shipping Policy

We gladly ship to all locations, domestic and international. For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, please call us at (818) 970-9444 to place your orders. Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt. Typical transit times are 2-7 business days depending on your geographic location. Wrong addresses, undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% with a minimum charge of $5.00 USD. In the event an item is on backorder, it will ship to you immediately upon receipt to us.


We will accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in their original (undamaged) condition and must have the original paperwork & packaging. All products must be in re-saleable condition. We will reimburse the shipping fee if an incorrect item has been sent. All other shipping charges on returns/exchanges is your responsibility. Defective items will be exchanged. We will replace any order that is defective without any processing fees. If a refund is desired, all fees associated with the return are applicable. Original shipping is nonrefundable.

For all returns you must call to get an RA # (Return Authorization). No return can be made without an RA #. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card for credit to appear. It takes approximately three to four weeks for a return/exchange to be completed.


We respect our customer’s privacy and do not sell or share personal information at any point with any other company or organization. We do however reserve the right to contact you via email or phone regarding your order, new items from En Garde Health Products, Inc. or special offers from En Garde Health Products, Inc.

Shopping online is safe. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form using 128-bit encryption software. This is the highest form of encryption possible and this protects your details as they travel over the Internet and ensures safe shopping on our site. This is a secure site.

Fraudulent Orders

Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please be aware that even if you do not provide your true name, your Web browser transmits a unique address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Remember it is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card.
